For consumers: You may bring proceedings in your Member State of residence, and we may only bring proceedings against you in the courts of your Member State of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I Recast).

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
